The house is built according to the traditional architectural style of Skiathos, rests on an amphitheatrically inclined hill, and enjoys a breathtaking and open view of the sea.You will enjoy an absolutely serene atmosphere, while, at the same time, maintaining your privacy.
The Villa is located in the area of Kalyvia on the NE part of the island, only 2.5 km away from Skiathos town and Skiathos International Airport, 500 meters away from Megas Gyalos beach, 1 km away from Xanemos beach and only 15km away from Koukounaries beach.
The view from every corner of the Villa is uninterrupted, as it is built with the concept of having a constant eye contact with the azure water.
